Deposit for Private Events

By submitting your deposit you agree to the policies below: 

$100 Non-Refundable Deposit for Private Event. This CC will also be used to pay the remaining amount unless directed otherwise. Please CLICK on the button ABOVE (Submit CC Info). 

Once deposit is received, we will send an email to you to confirm the date and time of your event. 

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

  • If you cancel/reschedule at least four (4) weeks prior to your event date, WineO only keeps the deposit fee.

  • If you cancel/reschedule at least two (2) weeks prior to your event date, WineO will charge 50% of your total event cost.

  • If you cancel/reschedule within two (2) weeks of your event date, WineO will charge 100% of your total event cost.

Final Headcount Policy:

In order to properly prepare for your event, final headcount must be given five (5) days prior to your event date. Final headcount will be charged the day before your event. No refunds. All sales final.
